About Hemion

Hemion Limited acts as a full-service supply chain and sourcing partner between Europe and Mainland China—focused on merchandising and apparel, and serious about long-term factory relationships.

  • Factory-first communication
  • Europe-facing execution

Who we are

We help European brands and organisers source, produce, and ship products from China with clarity and control. That means direct communication with factories in Chinese, honest timelines, and supply chain choices that respect both your budget and your reputation. We are hands-on and ambitious: we continuously expand our sourcing network and capabilities, and we invest in relationships with suppliers who can grow with you—not one-off brokers chasing a commission.

Leadership

The partnership at the centre of Hemion is deliberate: European market understanding on one side, Chinese factory and logistics reality on the other—working as one team.

Michael

Founder

Michael

Michael leads customer-facing work with European clients—drawing on experience in customer acquisition and brand building in Europe. He focuses on clear briefs, reliable communication, and making sure what gets produced matches what your market expects.

Lee

Director

Lee

Lee leads sourcing, negotiations, and logistics on the ground. His background spans oil & gas and food trade before building Hemion’s supplier network in apparel and merchandise. He runs factory dialogue in Chinese, negotiates terms that hold up in production, and coordinates inspections and shipping so issues get caught early—not after the container leaves.

How we operate

We source the best factory fit and the most cost-efficient supply chain route inside Mainland China for your project—then we stay present through sampling, bulk, and shipment. We travel across China for factory visits, negotiations, on-site inspections, and sample reviews. Where a project warrants it, we engage third-party inspectors or contractors—always aligned with your spec and risk profile. We are building a growing network of manufacturing partners; recent factory exploration—including trips to Hebei and Dongguan, Guangzhou, Datang, Yiwu, Puning, and other clothing and apparel hubs—feeds real imagery and supplier intelligence back into how we brief and manage your orders.

What we optimise for

Direct factory access

No unnecessary middlemen. You get efficient communication, better cost transparency, and faster problem-solving when something needs a decision on the line.

Europe–China fluency

Western customer expectations and Chinese production logic are bridged in-house—not outsourced to a chain of agents who each add noise and delay.

Operational honesty

We set timelines and quality plans we can defend. If a brief, price point, or deadline is unrealistic, we say so early—then we work the alternatives.

Long-term partnerships

We invest in supplier relationships and repeat programmes so your second run is smoother than your first—scaling into larger projects when it makes sense.

Why Hong Kong

Hong Kong skyline and Victoria Harbour seen from above the dense urban waterfront.

Hong Kong remains a credible international trading hub and financial centre: efficient cross-border structures, strong banking and payment rails for overseas customers, and a familiar legal and commercial frame for companies in Europe doing business with Mainland China. For Hemion, it is the right home base to sit between international clients and Chinese manufacturing—without pretending to be a faceless conglomerate. We are structured to be reviewed by banks, partners, and compliance teams as a serious trading entity.

Why Shenzhen

Shenzhen bay skyline and waterfront under a bright blue sky.

Shenzhen sits next to Hong Kong and opens onto one of the world’s deepest manufacturing and logistics ecosystems. The business environment rewards operators who move quickly: trade fairs, supplier networks, and freight options are all within reach. Our team works from Bao’an to stay close to factories, carriers, and sample labs—so decisions happen where production happens, not from a distant desk.

Who we work with

Today our work is concentrated with DJs, artists, festivals, event organisers, and music-industry clients in Germany and the Netherlands. We also support startups, streetwear labels, apparel brands, and custom product lines that need the same discipline on sourcing and QC. If your category fits merchandising and apparel—and you value direct communication—we should talk.
